How to fix Netflix problem on LED TV AOSP system？

Netflix app is one of the favorite program, every AOSP led tv system all will install this APP. There are some solutions for fixing the problem as below.

First of all: 

1.Do not down load the Netflix by Google Play Store !! This is AOSP system, Netflix is not match, Must use the AOSP system APP store, and Netflix had been Pre-install.

2.Check WiFi or Lan network had connect well.

3.AOSP Netflix can not use up and down directory, must press the "Mouse" button on remote, then will have Pointer show on screen, and when you seen this pointer, then use up/down/left/right button to move the pointer to the option you want.

 Solution step:

1. 1.Uninstall the app, then press "Netflix" button , will show on the Netflix UI, then choose download.
   
2. 2. If re-install still can not fix, then call your supplier( LED TV Factory supplier), they will check with the PCB supplier to check.Cos Netflix need authority , but AOSP is open source system, can not get the authority, so this app need PCB supplier change it and match the system, if Netflix software rule change, or google services update, PCB supplier also need update the APP. This is out of your control.
   
3. 3. PCB supplier check the app, after they update the software, customer connect the network, then will have atlert to update the software, we call it OTA, after OTA, then Netflix can use.
